Energy Efficiency Law

Energy is of vital importance for countries, and I can even say that the most important problem of the countries is energy. At its simplest, the loss of energy in homes for heating and cooling is $ 8-10 billion. Not to mention the loss of other household electrical appliances. In transportation, energy losses in industry are a problem in itself.
According to the Energy Efficiency Law No. 5627 (ENVER Law) and related regulations adopted in April 2007, all new buildings to be constructed are required to be insulated. In other words, when you apply to the Municipality for a building license, the building's electrical project, plumbing project, waste water installation project, etc. next to the building will be the energy project. In fact, for buildings larger than 20,000 square meters, a person will be appointed as the BUILDING ENERGY MANAGER of that building and the Energy of Buildings will be certified.

There are about 15 million uninsulated existing buildings in Turkey. According to the law, these must be insulated by insulating materials with MANTO within 10 years. If we look at the date of the adoption of the law, we have three years to go im I would like to draw the attention of the apartment managers. Obtain and read this law before you get old apartment exterior paints, and instead of just renovating the exterior with paint or other materials, you can both comply with the new law and get rid of all heating and cooling bills by half. Yeah, it's hard to believe, but it's real. With the right MANTO systems, your heating and cooling expenses in our old and new buildings are halved. Meanwhile, the state has a system of ”incentives ara for old buildings that will have thermal insulation, and follow it closely.

Do you exist both in the name of not contributing to global warming, and in order to save money for our factories, our homes? I believe that we industrialists, who have the duty to set an example for our people, have such a responsibility. In fact, sheathing is almost imperative at the point where energy prices increase remarkably. However, since information has not been made sufficiently, the fact that thermal insulation (sheathing) expenditure will return in 3-4 years with savings escapes attention. In fact, there is a need to review all our machines in our factories and to save energy. However, because of its symbolic importance, I am talking about insulation of our factory buildings and thus saving energy. Our country is extremely fragile in terms of energy. As soon as Russia cut Iranian gas during any crisis, we learned in desperation that we could not produce electricity or heat it. Now is the time to take the opportunity of the economic crisis and change the views. Francis Fukuyama's famous “endism oldu was not the end of political structuring, but the end of globalism rising on consumption craze,“ consume, you exist as you consume ”. From now on, the new standards will be determined by the savings economy, not the consumption economy. The more we can cut consumption, the more we can exist. In 2011, our only mobile phone imports were $ 1.7 billion. This is what the consumption spree. Turkish people remain in the classroom in the sense of saving ... How far can Turkish people go with this “CARPE DİEM” understanding?

PLATON, who lived between 428-347 BC, even in the face of virgin and unexhausted world resources in those years, “the most important thing is not to have the most things in life, but to need the least things” and has brought the facts to the attention of human beings with a philosophical discourse.
Heat, water, sound and fire Association of Isolation (İZODER) President Mr. Levent Ürkmez see what he says about it: building census conducted in September 2000, Turkey's 16 million 235b 830 buildings had been identified. After this date, thermal insulation applications, which we call sheathing, were performed in some of the existing buildings. 15 million buildings still need to be insulated.
In 2007, one third of the 36 billion dollars of energy imported was consumed in buildings for heating or cooling purposes. Adapting to the entire building insulation standards in Turkey will be able to provide a minimum of fifty percent energy savings. Its monetary value is between 8 and 10 billion dollars. So if we insulate our buildings by applying sheathing, so much money can remain in our pocket.
I want to call all my industrial friends from here; Saving, especially energy saving is a social project, it is vital for our country which lacks energy. Let's support the ENVER project together, let us be an example to our society and keep the importance of insulation and issue on the agenda constantly. Let's ensure the energy efficiency of our machines in our factories.
